Pooled Bonuses


MiVeda pays pooled bonus commissions to senior distributors (in addition to the Unilevel bonus payments).

The pooled bonus structure is set out below.

 

Retail Bonus

This bonus is paid to distributors who purchase the required amount of products (DP) every month. This amount depends on the respective country the distributor is registered in. If a distributor does this, then they will share a 3% pooled bonus with all other distributors who achieve this retail volume for that month. The total product volume of the company for a particular month is calculated and then 3% of the total volume is allocated to all distributors who achieve the Retail bonus. This allocated percentage is then equally divided between all distributors who have achieved the Retail Bonus. The amount of monthly bonus paid to each distributorship per month is capped at an amount dependant on the respective country the bonus will be paid. Check each respective country website for exact details.


Emerald Level

The total product volume of the company for a particular month is calculated and then 1% is allocated to all distributors who achieve the Emerald level or above. The number of distributors eligible for the Emerald bonus is calculated and then shared equally between all these distributors. Note that the bonus is 1% and will be shared between a reasonably high number of achievers.


Diamond Level

The total product volume of the company for a particular month is calculated and then 1% is allocated to all distributors who achieve the Diamond level or above. The number of distributors eligible for the bonus is calculated and then shared equally between all these distributors. Note that the bonus is 1% and will generally be shared between a fewer number of achievers than the Emerald bonus. 


Executive Diamond Level

The total product volume of the company for a particular month is calculated and then 2% is allocated to all distributors who achieve the Executive Diamond level or above. The number of distributors eligible for the bonus is calculated and then shared equally between all these distributors. Note that the bonus is 2% and will usually be shared between relatively few achievers.


Super Diamond Level

The total product volume of the company for a particular month is calculated and then 3% is allocated to all distributors who achieve the Super Diamond level as outlined below. This bonus has the potential to be very large and is split into two separate bonuses of 1% and 2%.

The first bonus is 1% of the total product volume for the month. This is paid to all eligible distributors.

The second bonus is 2% of the total product volume for the month. This bonus will be paid in accordance with MiVeda Company policy and will be subject to the distributor complying with the MiVeda rules and regulations. In particular, this 2% bonus will only be paid to those eligible distributors who participate in required training and marketing, comply with the MiVeda policy against profiteering from the sale of training and marketing, and do not promote other businesses or ventures to other MiVeda distributors.

 

Charity Bonus

The total product volume of the company for a particular month is calculated and then 1% is allocated to appropriate charities. Housing charities will be given a priority. The initial charity MiVeda will donate to is Habitat for Humanity. Over time it is our intention to add to the charities which the company supports. The number of charities will be minimal and will primarily benefit the poorer classes.
