What is the MiVeda opportunity?
The MiVeda distributorship opportunity is based on Dr Dale Gerke's extensive and very successful experience in the MLM industry, which spans more than 20 years.
During this time, Dr Gerke analysed and researched many MLM companies and particularly their distributor Compensation Plans. As a result of this research, and his personal involvement in the MLM industry, Dr Gerke concluded that most Compensation Plans fail to adequately reward the distributors involved.
Dr Gerke became intent on developing a Compensation Plan that was generous and fair to distributors, and met the following criteria:
- It must be simple, easy to understand and easily explained to others, despite the number of languages spoken in India
- It must pay new distributors generously
- It must reward distributors early in their career
- It must encourage people to find and sponsor new people
- It must encourage people to help and train their downline and to "build depth"
- It must be a long term plan that rewards distributors who have built a successful distributorship and who wish to rely on the income from their distributorship in retirement
- It must encourage all leaders within the MiVeda business to work together as a team, whilst allowing them to manage their distributorships with autonomy and flexibility
- It must pay the highest possible commissions to all distributors
- It must pay leaders very large amounts of money if they develop large and successful distributorships
- It must excite people with additional rewards that are extraordinary
- It must be benevolent to the underprivileged sections of society through charitable donations
- It must support the Indian community
With this in mind, the MiVeda Compensation Plan was developed to meet all these criteria and support the underlying MiVeda compensation principle - that MiVeda’s Distributors are integral to the success of MiVeda as a company and Distributors must be respected, rewarded and cared for accordingly.
It is this principle that has been reflected in our mission to help and care for the Indian community, but most of all, to care for our Distributors.
